Mr. Pallais' Success Story
From Solara Specialty Hospital McAllen
This year, home for the holidays holds a deeper meaning for Mr. Pallais and his family!
When Mr. Pallais arrived at Solara Specialty Hospitals for specialized care from COVID19 complications, he was limited in his mobility and required a high oxygen flow to support his breathing.
Mr. Pallais followed an intensive treatment plan designed to rebuild his mobility and respiratory function. He worked hard with our McAllen team to accomplish these goals! He was discharged to inpatient rehabilitation to build on the progress he made at Solara.
This week, Mr. Pallais and his wife stopped by for a holiday visit! He is now home with his loved ones! Congratulations, Mr. Pallais!
Care for Complex Conditions
Patients come to our hospitals with serious conditions such as respiratory failure, complex wounds, sepsis, stroke, congestive heart failure, or even a combination of these. Their diagnoses are often complicated by existing health problems like diabetes or COPD. Many of our patients require treatments such as mechanical ventilators, dialysis, or IV therapy.
